How do I book equipment?

All bookings are made through our online portal. Browse our rental catalog, select your equipment, choose duration (6-8 hours or 24 hours), set quantity and days, accept the Terms & Conditions, and click 'Add to Quote'. Complete payment online to confirm your booking.

What is included with every rental?

Every rental includes: (1) Delivery transportation to your location, (2) Pickup transportation after the rental period, (3) Professional installation and equipment setup, and (4) One 25-meter extension cord. These services are included in the quoted price.

Question 3

How does the 6% O.B. Tax work?

All displayed prices exclude the 6% O.B. Tax (Omzetbelasting / turnover tax). The tax is calculated and added to your subtotal at checkout. The final total shows the complete amount including tax.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Accepted Answer

For prepay bookings: Cancellations 48+ hours before rental start receive a full refund. 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Within 24 hours: non-refundable. For approved post-pay (invoice) bookings: XCG 35 admin fee applies even if canceled 48+ hours out; 24-48h and <24h windows remain the same. One free reschedule is allowed per booking (within 30 days, subject to availability).

Do you serve corporate and government clients?

Yes. Government entities and approved corporate clients can request deferred payment approval. We accept purchase orders, written approvals, and official requests. Contact us at info@smartbio.cw to set up a corporate account.

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Curaçao and serve clients throughout the Caribbean region. Delivery is included for locations within our standard service area. For remote locations, additional transport charges may apply.

Question 7

Is the equipment safe for outdoor use?

Accepted Answer

Our equipment is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. However, for outdoor bookings, the client is responsible for considering weather conditions. We may refuse delivery or operation if conditions (heavy rain, extreme wind, flooding) create safety risks.

Question 8

What happens if equipment malfunctions?

If equipment does not function properly, contact us immediately at info@smartbio.cw or via WhatsApp. Stop using the equipment if continued use may cause damage. Do not attempt repairs. We will repair, replace, or reschedule at our discretion.

Question 9

How do I pay for my rental?

Accepted Answer

We accept online payments via Sentoo, Bank Transfer for standard clients, and a 'Pay Later' option for approved corporate and government clients, subject to purchase order or written approval. All prices are in XCG (Caribbean Guilder).

Question 10

What is your minimum booking time?

Accepted Answer

Bookings must be made at least 4 hours before the requested delivery or rental start time. Last-minute bookings are not guaranteed and are subject to equipment and staff availability.
